The transport of the dog correct way

This subject should be divided on two smaller topics.

International transport is made with planes, trains, by companies specialized in a pet transport. The biggest problem here is that each country has it’s own regulations.

The companies have also their very own inside rules, what discourages a lot.

Common everyday transport, made on your own, the most times with a car, doesn’t make you think what will happen to your dog in case of a car accident. But think a while.

Very often we are not aware, that our dog doesn’t have any chance to survive and I want to show you this problem.
Our pets can’t complain or object, they are only supposed to board and ride.
In case of an accident people don’t know how to help their pets.

Give your dog a chance.

Nowadays there are many various solutions, which I will not describe here, because this text is not about it.
In all this variety of answers and prices you can find something adequate, you only have to want it. It’s worth of keeping it in mind, that prospective cost of treatment or even loss of your pet is way much worse than the cost of any safety devices. If you are still not convinced, imagine how big threat the inert dogs body can be.

You have to remember about the lead and muzzle, especially in the public communication.
It is important to provide the dog both food and water. Despite that many dogs undergo the trip better on empty stomach, hungry pet accosting the others is not the best solution.

In some cases it is necessary to give to the dog some medicaments, just because he may be afraid or get bad with the ride. Frequent stops might also help.
