Rock Pigeon
Blustery Day
I took this photo when we visited London last year but I feel this pigeon speaks to the cold weather we had today here in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Rock pigeons can have a variety of coloration and have been bred in captivity for some pretty strange traits. See These Fancy Pigeons.
