My anarchist views

I have been called cynical for my anarchist views. It seems to me people are often quick to discount other views because they don’t care to open their minds to the possibility that there maybe at least some truth in another perspective. I used to think of government as a necessary evil. What the last few years has taught me is that government is certainly evil, but nothing could be more unnecessary. Don’t harm your neighbor and don’t take his stuff is a great way to live in my view. That doesn’t sound very controversial, but many people still look to the main stream media for their information and they are not interested in anarchy. But I will continue to stand firm in my anarchist views and hope you will too. We’re you a statist before discovering anarchism? What did you believe? How did you turn to anarchism? What statist arguments do you hear the most that annoy you? Lol
