While in Rome, looking at the menu at a restaurant, we found some unexpected ingredients in a dish. At least for English speaking people. We ordered something else and had a wonderful meal.
It's the same thing with capitals:
"Help your uncle Jack off the horse"
versus
"Help your uncle jack off the horse"
Yep, that one desperately needs a capital.
