Hello From The Last Frontier

What's up Steemit? Hi to all my fellow Steemians, Steemers, Steemites and Steemaroni's out there. This will serve as my first blog post on here and I am crazy excited to start in on this Steemy adventure. I want to get to know you guys and let you have a little bit of insight into what life is like in Alaska; my home.

I'll keep this introductory post short, sweet and to the point. I want to know what you guys want to hear about. Alaska and the culture surrounding Alaskans is unique in a lot of ways compared to anywhere in the US and definitely different than anywhere that I've found around the world. I am a lifelong Alaskan (at least since I was 2 years old) and have always known that this would be my home as an adult. After graduation high school I was really into the party scene and decided that I wanted to live somewhere hot so my buddy and I decided that we would move to San Diego after a 2 month long snowboarding-centric road trip from Colorado to California. My time in San Diego was as much fun as anyone could have had but I knew after 1 year that if I stayed I would party myself into the ground. After realizing that I packed up my things and came back home. That's really where my adventure begins...

I am a very open book and would love to share my stories and experiences with you guys. I can do real time blogs of places around the state, get you up to date pics of what's going on here and even do some live video blogging for you if you have something you want to see. Let me be your guide to the great state and mindset that is Alaska; my home.
