Booknaldo and friend; two-man instep pass drill.
Today has been eventful.
After a busy day preaching the importance of proper hygiene and sanitation to buyers and sellers in one of the busy markets in my city with my community development service group, I was wired as we had to conduct the exercise with the sun shining in all its glory.
Long story short, I was able to get one of my friends interested in playing with me and play we did!
Better balance - check
Better control - check
Increase stamina - check
It gets better.
Lol.. I bet your friend had a hard time keeping up there. lol...
Just a tip you might want to learn though... You don't have to stand at a place to be able to kick the ball. Try moving a bit and then calculating the best foot for the ball each time it comes closer... That way, you kick it with grace and gusto... I am happy you're learning dear, all the best! And please do more of these videos. 😉
Ahhha....just when I thought no one would watch. Thanks for this helpful tip. I'd work more on it in subsequent videos.
