Day 9 of 31 days of #ADVENTUBE // Q: What little things in life frustrate you?

i woke up and checked the folder and sure enough we still had replies today (thank you) which actually made me just straight up record my answer to this as pure as it could be this morning -- the way i interact with frustrations is changing and i'm incredibly thankful for it so i'm really looking forward to see what other people mention today, without watching other peoples videos before the edit it makes for a really interesting 'virtual coffee morning' kind of experience for me while editing.

invited two new vloggers into the mix today, people i already know so i feel that's safer and i know they will fit right in, i've had to take out people who have not submitted a video in four or five days (or ever) until we get the upgrade to add in another fifteen people, should get more update on that today as the billing is a little weird.

i've updated the post to reflect the questions we have asked and what's outstanding, put in a steem questions week and today i should be upgrading the account, i've put the money aside for it and i've even got some other vloggers waiting in the wings to get started replying to questions with us, i'm hoping to really ramp up the vlogger onboarding this week so watch this space -- i don't think i can handle like more than twenty five in this period but i'd certainly like to try because of 'capacity' and to really stretch the 'uploader' component of the hosting we use, if that can be solid and reliable it makes everything else just that little bit easier.

oh also, we have FOUR new vloggers waiting in the WINGS to take part in the project which is super awesome, can't wait to send out the invite emails guys, just hold tight and we will get you in! :)

in 2019 i'm looking to collab with people to make courses on udemy, i've already got an established nearly 8k strong student list from the free courses i've put on there but i want to put out some paid ones for next year, one of the wonderful things is the ability to work together on a course and then split the payout with those people automatically when you get a sale, if that is something you are interested in drop me a message as maybe we can collab on something like that.

still considering the questions to asked from the 22nd of december to the end of the year but i think i'll just try and put them together soon so you can (if you want too) record them before christmas and new year comes around, i'm gonna record them on the specific days however and i might even make it outdoors to record something for christmas day and the new year, i'd love to actually stream live on new years eve and new years day and have like a bit of a get together 'dance party' i know that @dayleeo loves those, maybe we will do it on vimm? :)

Consider these when posting your video

• 16:9 landscape works better for an editor than portrait (but i'll still include it if you make it that way)
• don't watch the others in the day until you have uploaded yours (let your internal voice come through)
• there is no right or wrong way to answer the question
• aim for 1:30 > 3:00 minutes maybe, but if your on a tear, go for it, i'll pick out the awesome stuff
• always think sound quality, be aware of background noise (bad video is fine if the audio is super clean)
• this is an empowerment network, treat it like it's the last node network on planet earth.

• going to make a new 'nice to have' (not a rule) that all videos for the day should be in by 12 o'clock lunchtime each day GMT so maybe it's a good idea to record them either a day before or night time before the day starts or morning if your in GMT+0 -- do you need me to make a list of the questions and store it somewhere so you all have access to it easily?

i've been trying to get to 1000 subs on youtube for the last six months, i'm like a few hundred away from that and i already have enough minutes each month on my videos -- i've been sitting on £58 for the last YEAR and i need a few more pounds for a payout from google! hook a brother up, help me get my WHISKY and RUM fix for the christmas season! :)
