I wrote this post with the purpose of explaining what my perspective is of the work that @adsactly does.

I will focus on the human characteristics that I perceive through their posts and the work they do outside Steemit (at least what I know). In advance I invite you to follow the path of @adsactly, for I assure you that you will be as surprised or more surprised than me.

Why EXACTLY?

If any of you are assiduous followers of ADSactly on ADSACTLY, as I am, you will wonder what EXACTLY means? Well, for me this word meshes everything that the ADSactly Project does: Environment X Achieve the Compromise To Learn the best of Yourself (EXACTLY). I also take as a reference the literal meaning of the word, because the ADSactly Project is exactly the kind of initiatives we need to make the world a better place.

I apologize if I use a cliché phrase, but things have to be called by their name.

I have read many posts that have used the term "exactly" to conceptualize the way of working of @adsactly, but I'm very far from that. I don't consider necessary to write and rewrite more texts about how the ADSactly Project works or what are the programmatic vicissitudes behind its collaborators; for that, the official account of @adsactly is already responsible for explaining, post by post, how the community works.

In my case, I play with the phonetic similarities to make other steemians see how the content published by @adsactly and his collaborators are so full of literary beauty and the best pedagogy.

They know the best of us

I have had the great opportunity to read dynamic texts, rich in literary structure, with a high dose of suspense and above all, quality (something difficult to find in Steemit - sometimes). This is only possible thanks to the filtering work done by @adsactly before publishing the texts.

I will mention some of the ones that I liked the most and you will judge whether I have the right or not:

I confess that above all, I loved the last too much, because many things were clarified for me thanks to that post.

In these five texts, there is a commonwealth that is difficult to explain. If you realize, each one of them transmits a different aura and they play themes so distant from each other, that not even Picasso's Guernica assembles so many different pieces of life at the same time; @adsactly does it, AND IT WORKS!

Especially because of this, I'm oriented to exalt the human work of the project. Although we prefer different things, how can we not learn something from these texts? How not to try to emulate the structure that their authors recreate in their articles? How not to praise the passion that is injected into each word posted? And finally, how can we not thank to @adsactly for giving us all this through a single project?

In short: one of the best experience I've had on Steemit.

A minnow support for a huge collaborative

On Steemit there is a terrible rumor: it works like any social network. For this reason some people believe that voting some post or saying nice words in a comment will be economically remunerated. In that sense, I deeply admire the work that @adsactly does in his post because many little fish arrive praying for a vote or praising their work without really collaborating in the growth of the authors. Even, I have suspected that many times these people see the posts only for the money that it earns and not for the content (if they knew the wonder they are missing).

In counterpart, @adsactly encourages their posts to transcend the original content and be complemented by comments. They support with their votes the people who come to enrich the text and, in addition, the authors always respond appropriately to the comments. That's what I call respecting those who interact with your content in a timely manner.

I must also say that this way of working helps the minnows be seen by other steemians.

Why? Simple: when I see someone who collaborates with other posts, I believe in the capacity for growth that has. I'm also a believer in following these kind of people because taking the time to read and enrich other people's texts, surely works wonders with their own articles.

My advice: stay close

Since I joined Steemit I have followed many projects. Some of them have disappointed me enormously, especially those who only look for money.

The ADSactly Project has shown me that they really want to do something more. They are also designed to take out their own cryptocurrency and continue to drive new minds.

A healthy ambition leads to praiseworthy success.

Do you want to do something valuable? Don't lose sight of them; these are people who do care about us and when you least expect it, they will be a great support, because that's EXACTLY what they do.
