Due to the abundance of vitamins and minerals, bananas are able to provide excellent energy for the body. High nutrients in bananas such as carbohydrates, calcium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin C and also vitamin B6 will provide many positive effects for the body as a whole.
Bananas also contain high fiber, thus making the body 'full' longer. One or two bananas are better for refilling the body's energy.
