Steemit Observance #2

Okay, so it’s day 2 of my Steemi Observance daily blog. Not too much to report here today. I sifted through many posts on different subjects, and saw some very creative stuff, of course it wasn’t being upvoted or appreciated, but that’s because they were mostly from newbies that are not appreciated on Steemit anyways. The problem isn’t with the content of their posts, it’s with the system that only rewards upvoting On posts from Whales or Dolphinns. I alwYs vote for Good Posts from newcomers, but most others DO NOT UPVOTE, because there is Zero Incentive to Upvote Good Posts From Newbies!!!
You could post the Cure for Cancer, and if you’re a Newbie/Minnow/Plankton, you’ll be lucky to get 7 or 8 upvotes, and if you’re really lucky, it will pay out 12 Cents. However, if you were a Whale, and you posted that it was 78 degrees out today, and the sun was shining: you’d receive 149 Upvotes (Robotically Induced) and your payout would be 467.93.
Not complaining, just saying: New talent will not bother here on Steemit if they’re not being treated fairly. After all, they can go get screwed on YouTube with less hassle. Lol. Anyway, I did enjoy the Great posts that I read, and say Hang In There. There are many who feel slighted, and things will change!! I feel it coming.
