Keep up the good work that is doing the trick for you!! For some of us it is a bit more complicated. Though i do not doubt the benefits of intermittened fasting and gym twice per week. I will chat about it with my therapist team and give it some consideration. I am also considering doing a liver cleanse which likely will also be super helpful. Recover from severe mva is insane. ✌❤🎶🌅

I just started my first fasting back at 12/31/2018 its been 16 days so far and I have only 1 meal a day every day! And I can say that I feel amazing Ive never felt so good!
