My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2019
After the 7 mile jog I did yesterday, my poor calfs were feeling a bit tight. I had planned to go for a short 2 mile, but what with the downpour and the fact I really couldn't be bothered, it was just a quick 30min walk around the block.
I'm hoping my poor legs will be back up to running soon, I'm planning on another big run Monday.
