My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019

I don't know why I haven't been using #actifit for these past few months to help keep track of the steps I make while running.....

Oh yes I do, it kept freezing and messing up my strava app. Well what ever they have done has fixed this problem and it worked for me today for the first time in ages. Hopefully I can use it regularly now and continue to build my actifit tokens.

As you can see, my "rest day" turned in to a 3 mile jog and I really enjoyed it. I do t know if my legs will be thanking me tomorrow when I go out for a 5 mile jog... But only one way to find out and that's to get it done.
