My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2018

Too ill to get out and about today. The dreaded man-flu has taken a grip... We'll I say man-flu, but what I mean is a little cold!

Spent most of the day walking back and forth getting tissue paper to wipe away to waterfall of snott streaming out my nose.

I guess my weekly long run is off the table tomorrow too.
