My Actifit Report Card: Boccia run Bukovka
Dnešní den byl ve znamení běhu. Zúčastnili jsme se s @bodie7 charitativní akce Boccia run, kde výdělek šel na TJ Léčebna Košumberk.
Dali jsme si pěknejch 10 kilometrů vyloženě v přírodě, lesem a kolem rybníků, takže trasa nádherná!
Jen kdyby pak už nebolely nohy :)
Ale dali jsme to a bylo to fajn :)
Jen ze zvědavosti, těch šestnáct tisíc kroků/pohybů je jen ta desítka, nebo je to za celý den?
Nene, je to za cely den, ale vetsina kroku je z ty desitky ;)
