Aerobical Run with the Running gang (My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2018)
Hard day at the office... there is nothing worst than starting the week with a super stressfully work...I’m very lucky because I have the Running club close the work place.
I've been very busy this morning. I have had a 4 hours meeting with bosses and I felt as I need to run more than ever afterwards.
Fortunately, I met the gang at the track and we went for running an aerobical 8km run which has relaxed me a lot.
There is nothing better than a running workout after a work meeting, believe me, at least for me...
Nothing outstanding to be remarked from this run, everything done within the aerobical area (till Zone 3 in the chart below) but I have enjoyed it so much the company of my colleagues, that's for sure.
Summary:
- 8.28 Km run in 43'
- No quality but relaxing run
- Average Heart Frequency: 126 bpm
- Maximum Heart Frequency: 151 bpm (last half km)
- Total time including Stretching: 56´
