My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2019
A morning walk and a touch of Sepia for Sepia Saturday
I was up early today and watched some of the World cup Rugby, Australia versus Fiji till about 5:30 when I headed to the beach for a quick walk, again to Walnut Beach, was a nice enough sunrise, well the sunrise itself was fairly plain but half an hour before the sunrise there were some nice colors as I will share with my cell phone shots later in the post.
Not too many steps today about 6K at the beach then I was watching Rugby for a good part of the day so I am way behind on replying to comments but I will try and catch up a little tonight and edit photos as well,
Three very good games today, sorry to my South African friends today, the game could have gone either way but as a Kiwi I am happy the All Blacks managed to get the win.

As I was discussing with another photographer at the beach this morning and with @papilloncharity in a comment exchange this morning, Mother Nature always puts on a different display each day and you never know what you are going to see, the first shot was more pinks and blues, this next one more golden tones

Some shots from this mornings walk
When I first got to the beach about 35 MInutes before sunrise there was a nice glow in the sky with lots of reds which my phone didn't capture so well, but this gives some idea.

There were not many clouds this morning but there was this one above the pier and Charled Islan which had some nice subtle colors in it

I have had about the same today - before sunrise the few clouds in the east were more pink in color, and when the sun rose the coloring turned to gold, but because there were only a few clouds left on the sky, it was nothing compared to your gorgeous golden sunrise.
The pink image looks amazing with the reflection on the beach.

Gidday Mate, watching a game now and debating whether to head out for a walk, my stomach was upset last night and I could not go ar fromthe bathroom not sure how it is now so staying in mya be most sensible, but i have never been terrible sensible

I would suggest you to be sensible, stay at home and watch the games. Your wife will certainly make a stomach tea for you, and tomorrow you will be fine again.

I gave up on being sensible and went for a short walk :) wasnt much of a sunrise and not many photos but was refreshing and I didnt see a single !BEER on the beach

Not a single !beer in sigh this morning, but I did see a cool rock sculpture :)
Oh, a rock sculpture? Such a stone cairn? Haven't we been talking about these lately? Unfortunately, I cannot remember what we were talking 😉
Maybe I need a !BEER to remember ;) lol
Yes we were talking about cairns, but this one is not so much a cairn due to how it was made, I will edit some shots of it this evening for a post this week sometime :)

Those colors! Oh my goodness, after the inital shot, I would have thought those were sunset shots! Mother nature really gave you a show this morning, simply beautiful @tattoodjay :) Well done, glad you had time to rest and enjoy a few rugby games today!
