Grand Central Times Square and time to get to work
For this evenings acifit post I share some photos taken with my iPhone taken on my short walk before work, I had another early meeting so didn't get in a long walk in before work but did devour a little bit as these photos will show
My Walking today started in Grand Central, walking one of the many corridors in the station, it is easy when you first pass through Grand Central to get a little well let me now say lost but geographically embarrassed and end up coming out the wrong side of Grand Central from where you wanted to be, I have bene through Grand Central so many times now thats not a problem for me these days

NOw most things are hard to miss inTimes Square its so bright and vibrant even before 7Am in the morning for example this H&M store

it was about this time i started to feel a few drops of rain, but unity it was just that a few drops and then moved on so I continued on my morning stroll
Now if I was too ever walk through Times Square with our grand daughter I know for sure she would insist we would have to go and check out this Disney store and she would probably find something that would make her look longingly at it and then up at her Grandpa with the sweet and pleading look that she knows this Grandpa just can not resist lOL

Don't you love Times Square for the vibrancy and street life there? Was the naked cowboy out yet?
You are really racking up those miles taking to the streets like that~ Awesome workout!
!tip
OHh yes I do love how bright and vibrant it is but I can only take it in the early morning I hate when it is crowded later in the day myself
I am enjoying the warmer weather and getting out walking as much as I can while its nice
Oh, and I love it at 2am also! It is still hopping and all sorts of zany characters are out then. :)
Ohh yes I remember back when I used to go out for drinks occassionally, walking through there at that time and being amazed at how active it is then, I think its at its quietest between about 5Am and 7 not many places like that LOL
Everything looks so vibrant, but must get hectic at peak times. You really are fortunate living in and experiencing New York!
Ohh yes Times Square is so vibrant, and I only go there early morning when it is quiet it becomes so crazy busy in peak times far to busy for me
Thanks for the resteem appreciated
Can you imagine that we received an e-mail request to place @papilloncharity on those billboards at Times Square, 2 years ago JJ.
At an astronomical price of course.
Your posts have given me a fair idea of what it looks like over there.
Great photos my friend.
Blessings!
Papillon was investigated by a USA institution that awards Non Profits and we were found to be excellent in all aspects of the laws.
They badged us as a "Top Rated NPO" and I think the billboard sales team picked our information up from the awards list.
WOW really no I didnt know that and I think for winning such an award, they should have included Papillon going up on the billboard at no charge but congratulations on winning that award
have a great weekend

Howdy JJ! What an amazing place NYC is, those billboards they have now are stunning! And Grand Central is gigantic! I guess that's why they call it Grand.
OHh yeah Grand Central is truly grand and times square really highlights that NYC never sleeps
I bet that's true, if you go there at 3 am I bet there's still alot of people around!
Ohh yes I have walked through there at 3am and it’s still fairly active it’s at its quietest between 5 and 7 in the morning but still people there
So the label of "The city that never sleeps" is accurate!
Ohh yes absolutely
Thanks so much I appreciate the support
