My Actifit Report Card: Walking + Jogging + Body Workout
What's up Steemians? Today I continued with my cardio workouts. I started with a bit of walking then done few series of pull-ups and after short pause went for a quick run. The forest roads are still muddy and sticky so it's a bit harder than usual but the results are still solid. Weather should turn sunny in next few days so we'll see if I can do any better on a dry road. Here are official results from my Running Tracker App:

Avg.Pace: 9:05 min/km;

I'm doing it again in two or three days with a bit higher intensity. My goal for the next run will be to run at least 1km below 5:00 min and to do distance of 7 km . Stay in shape! :)
