Sure all my updates will be depro staying fit has nothing to do with that, it only serves to follow the clock to the casket 1 step and 1 second. Synergy.
I got lots done at work, but fuckol since then. Had a nice walk though. 1hour and a half. I can almost feel the pine below my back. Maybe it is the heat lately, fortunately I walk around the office, or during the evenings. The day right now is 35c mmm think that is just above 90f. Not bad really but dry and scorching.
The worst is people that are in the same weather, telling me how hot it is.
I know motherfucker can you see me sweating? You know it is hot when I say it is hot since I lack the insulation that make some twats say it is hot when in fact it is fucking cold. Does seem to keep the old people out. Guess they are scared of turning to dust.
The best thing is when that stupid fireball sets then you think you can sit back relax and get real work done. Nope. Better take a walk and go suffer at home. I do need a new route the dogs on my current route are dicks. Ever noticed how white people dogs bark at everyone?
It was FREEZING here today - and by freezing I mean 32 degrees Fahrenheit, 0 Celsius for you ( you know the definition of freezing).... and damn, I feared for my life. I don't do cold well.
Does it ever get chilly there? Probably better if not - I think you would smoke more if it did.... cigarettes in the sweltering heat just aren't as good as in a nice crisp evening.... don't you think?
Yeah, I would smoke quite a bit more. Then again I smoke more when I don't eat or hydrate , you feel worse and worse which seems to mean smoke more and more. Odd haha. Our winters the average is a few degrees above 32F , but day average is about 12 and more warmer.
Very dry heat though, I do prefer winter though because I can keep warm , summer is a bitch because obviously you can only keep so cool naturally.
You really do that bad with cold that you are in danger?
You know there's that whole health thing about doing cold plunges and "chilly" walks - I haven't done either because just the thought sends me into a tailspin. I have a cold phobia I think. Grew up in a mountainous snowy region - maybe that was it.... scarred me for life.

I agree with @tamala ... I keep saying it's time to hibernate like the bears do when its cold and it totally puts us in danger.
I have always lived in the south so a harsh winter here is just bad news all around. And what sucks is I don't have a ton of heavy winter clothes and not one heavy coat because it never gets cold enough to have one. But it was freezing today we got down to 44°
Time for some winter shopping. I hear Russia has the best winter clothes :)
