My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019
Today was a very busy day. I had to pick up my cousin from the bus station at 4:00 am. From there I was chatting with him til 5 , I missed him because he came from a vacation at the US. I used my computer til 6 am to post at steemit. From thereon I slept. I woke up at 10 am because I my patient invited me for lunch so I had to get ready. It was a buffet so I ate a lot, I think that’s where most of my walking went from going back to get more food. From there I had to push the wheelchair that my patients using and explored the hotel. After that I went home and I had to help my grandparents for dinner. I really have to try to keep myself motivated in working out, not just saying I will but actually doing it.
