오는의 운동기록(4월 6일)
고성 산불이 있었고 오늘 저는 그 산불에 전혀 영향없는 지역에 살고 있어서 기분좋게 운동을 하고 싶었으나 그러지 못 했네요.
아침부터 집안 청소하고 나서 빨래 등등 할일이 산더미 같아서 치우고 나니 시간이 없을것 같아서 걷기운동을 마무리 하고 왔네요!
