오늘 날씨도 좋고 운동 하기도 좋은 날이었네요!
걷기운동도 만보 달성 하고 집에 와서 씻고 자려고 합니다.
아이들과 핸드폰 컴퓨터 로 실랑이 벌이다가 겨운 재웠네요.
그것으로 인해서 운동을 좀 늦게 하게 되었지만 말입니다.
오늘 하루 잘보내고 내일을 위해 자야겠네요
