오늘의 운동기록입니다.
세실은 오늘 시민공원을 산책하는 정도로 걸었습니다.
요세 좀 예전처럼 저녁을 굶고 운동을 하면 몸무게가 내려갈텐데 안돼네요!
저녁을 넘 많이 먹는게 아닌가 싶네요.
다시 줄이면서 해야 할텐데 아직은 그렇게 까지 하고 싶지는 않네요.
오늘 날씨도 좋고 해서 운동 하는 내내 좋았어요
