오늘의 운동기록(11월 7 일)
오늘은 일찍 만보 달성했어요.
비가와서 그런지 좀 춥네요.
그래서 나가진 못 했네요.
퇴근후에 계속 아파트내에서 운동을 했어요.
즐겁게 이렇게 하다보니 벌써 끝낼수 있었네요.
날마다 기쁜 마음으로 살면 좋은 일이 있겠죠.
마음 먹은대로 나중엔 될테니까요.
