My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2019
Activity
Been a crazy day today. Did the usual stuff like walking the dogs and walking to work. Had a facs (think I will do a post on this tech later) experiment today, so was carrying my sorted cells in big bucket of ice from one building to the other. Quite some workout I must say.
Diet
After the weekend cheat days I lost 1 kg more. Today's diet included mostly veggie food
Soyabeans, eggs and gatta curry (made with curd and gram fluor). You should definitely check out the last one. It's rajasthani prep and tastes pretty amazing. And pretty good for diet
