Activity
So as life gets back to normal, started the day with walking the dogs. Went to work, as we are presenting a poster tomorrow at annual talks. Then back from work.
Did not start the treadmill yet. That will begin tomorrow, of course. But nonetheless, it was not such a bad day as far as activity was concerned.
Diet
Breakfast - eggs
Lunch - a lot a chicken/mutton kebabs including Galawti kebab.
Dinner - Chicken kebab and paneer tikka
The idea of the diet plan is to overload with protein as much as possible. No simple carbs whatsoever. I am hoping to lose at least 3 - 5 Kgs this month. Since protein itself consumes lots of calories during digestion, plus not a lot of it is stored as fat, I think it would be helpful in my weight loss.
