My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2018
This is my third running report.
I started this running experience because I am an Agonistic Karate Athlete and the running is an important task of my specific training both for body resistance and breath resistance.
In this 3rd report I ran on my beautiful city's streets, these are the results: 7 kilometers and 10135 steps in about 30 minutes.
After that I did a stretching session long 10mins, push-ups session with about 100 total push-ups and an abs session long 2-3 mins.
