My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2019
오늘은 정말 덥다가 그래도 무섭게 소나기가 내려주니 더위가 한풀 꺾이는 분위기가 만들어졌다. 물론 그렇다고 시원한 정도는 아니었지만. 덕분에 잠시 산책을 하러 다녀왔다. 바람이 안불면 역시나 끈적거리는 느낌은 계속되었다. 너무 많이 걸었나. -.-;;

요즘 폭염에 운동 하다가도 많이 지치네요~

새벽과 저녁 늦게 그나마 덜 더워서
집중 운동 하고 있어요~ㅋ

서울은 비가 왔군요..
저는 일이 있어서 지방에 내려왔는데.. 폭염주의보인데.. 외부에서 계속 활동이라..
잠시만 서 있어서도 땀이 줄줄 흐르네요..
가만 있어도 땀을 흘리니 운동 효과가 있을까요? ㅎㅎ
