That's one of the giant entrance to "Grand Staircase Escalante"... Everything around that area was breath-taking. If you don't have fear of heights, you'll love the visit. There is one area I got scared to drive. When you reach summit of the mountain there is no barrier on either side of the road to keep car plunging off 1000s of feet of heights. You need nerve of steel to attempt this kind of adventure.

    Your pictures remind me of when I lived in Colorado. How well I remember the first time we drove up a 12,000 mountain pass where the road was barely big enough for two vehicles to pass together! And, of course, we were on the side with nothing between us and eternity, LOL! The folks we passed laughed at us as we had all scooted over to the 'land' side of the vehicle. They said that's how you could tell we were flat landers! Good job on your @actifit steps! Have a nice day!
