Its helps you in your fitness .i have a routine to post every day at least 5000 foots walk daily . Its a great fun . To achieve this milestone you should walk almost within a hour its agreat fun for your health

I am a great sport lover, but I have never tried cricket. I think that the main reason is because here in Italy it is not so famous. However congratulation for your activity and remember that if you add an image in the post you will receive a better reward!
