My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2019
Today was another fairly active day, I did lots of house chores and gardening.
It’s really handy to have this activity count as I never would have thought I was this active just doing stuff around the house.
It has really amazed me.
I didn’t make it to the gym today but doing the gardening on a 30 degree day was like a workout in itself
