My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2019
Today was a really hectic day for me, I have been absolutely flat out.
This activity count is a new record for me, I was so close to the 10 grand.
I did lots of running around to and from the shops and Bunnings, and I did a heap of house work and lots of gardening too.
Cleaned my motorcycle 🏍 as it hasn’t had a clean for a few weeks and then finished up the day in the gym.
I did a light gym session tonight as my back was really sore, I think as a result of doing the gardening. My back really doesn’t like to much bending over.
