My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2019....... Awesome Wednesday ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐ช๐๐๐๐ถโโ ๐โจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
Happy hump day and a very warm welcome to my report ๐. It has been quite a rainy โ day in my neck of the woods. To the extent that I couldn't get out for my automaticwin ๐ฑ.
I remember the alarm went off and the sound of the rain hitting the roof and the window was just crazy. The type that comes with lightningโก. No way was I going to venture out in that.
So I just crawled back in bed and later got ready for work. By the time I walked to the bus stop it was fizzling out but I still had my raincoat and umbrella.
If not for work I would have kept walking. However, I caught the bus and made it to the office right on time ๐.
Work went well and I got lots of stuff done. It remained cloudy all day but at 1pm there was some rays of sunshine ๐. And I was happy to get some fresh air ๐ and stretch ๐.
I got back for the afternoon shift and kept going until it was time to leave. I made my way back home.
As always I rested, snacked and checked on some of your wonderful posts ๐ฏ. Then it was time for the sunset โ
walk. I decided to give it more time to compensate for the missed morning steps.
The rain โ clouds had gathered, so ziploc bag, raincoat and umbrella were a must. I walked around the neighborhood and the park for quite sometime. It sure did rain but at the tail end of my session.
I wonder what tomorrow morning will look like, the forecast says more rain is coming ๐ฑ.

Great job on your stepping Eric, I donโt disagree with you on not going with that morning walk especially if it was that bad with a thunderstorm. Iโd do same too.
Nice pictures from the neighborhood and I can tell the heavy rain by the mud puddles it created.

Thank you Rogerine. That rain was really intense and I don't know where it came from, August is never like that.Glad you stopped by and love the music. That last song was Ronan Keating's when you day nothing at all. A fantastic song.

Oh no๐ฑ. That type of rain was too intense for August ๐ฌ. That is what we get in March/April. August is normally mild rain. Thank you for stopping by buddy ๐ and enjoy your Thursday ๐๐
