My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2019

This is an assurance to see many steemians despite weather did their steps.
I wish to do more.
I am so happy to go to the webpage and be able to invite family members to stay fit and enjoy #actifit.
I am researching Keto diet.
It is high fat low carb and sugar free.
What I understand from it, your body needs calories to burn.
Sweets are easy to burn.
Fat are second in line
And your stored fat.
Sometimes a little understanding can change how we eat.
Anything starch creates sugar which the body will burn first.
Starve the body the easy sugar, it will start burning fat and stored fat.
So from that evolution your body naturally loses weight.
Another secret is the timing to eat.
Since we have 24 hours divided by 3 per day.
It is wise to leave one with no intake.
Could be just water and coffee or light snack.
The other two quadrant we eat high fat and very low carb.
It is a training for the mind and body.
I will give it a try and lose some pounds.
I already do the steps.
Just a booster to learn about all these.
