Actifit has been around sometimes.
They already distributed 13+ milion tokens.
All you have to do is exercise and make sure your phone takes it into account
and daily minimum is 5000 steps.
I checked my phone and I already had around 47 afit tokens.

Pick the kind of exercise you will be doing daily.
At the end of each day
you post your activity and make sure
you make it beautiful and some explanation through edit
if you have to to make it relevant.
For me that would be one post made just for helping myself
and earn reward doing it.
I can feel there will be more useful Dapp as @actifit on #steem blockchain.
