Good everyone out there.
I was back in the office today. I had a chance to go back on my normal lunch walk today. I decided to kick the tempo up to a brisk pace.
I ended up being bogged down with work, so when I got home, I went jogging for a bit. Afterwards I did my Home Workout Pro app:
Myo Diagamma 1 with slow movements to emphasize the strain of the core muscles.
It alternated push-ups and let raises for 11 sets with no breaks. I was burned out by the end! 🔥
After some grilled pork chops for dinner, I'm enjoying some tumeric milk before bed.
