We started the day with a cup of cold brew and coconut oil, reading the news and walking around the house.
I did a few calls raises throughout the day to get a few extra steps in while at work.
On my lunch time, I took that same 20 minute walk. I now got a regular partner on my Walls. I am bringing him under my wing to meet his fitness goals. We are already establishing dietary goals and a walking routine.
This afternoon I did a bodyweight workout routine from my Home Workouts Pro app.
After a warm-up, the routine alternated Sprawls and Low Planks for 55 second intervals. Let me say, wow! I hurt my lower back a few years back. This was a great routine to strengthen those muscles!
