Couple work out with Actifit : December 5 2018
An early off from work today, I decided to get moving and do exercises with @yanyanbebe. I did a little bit jogging and we did some waking in the sports ground. I forgot when we did that, it’s definitely a period of time. After that we did something together and will post a nice video shortly, PLANK!!! with #plank-contest.
