(5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do almoço, andar um pouco, apanhar ar (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho de regresso para casa (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do jantar, andar um pouco, ajuda a fazer a digestão (5 a 10m).Por isso, vamos todos fazer desporto. 😎😎Hoje trago-vos 2 fotos de barcos.
