오늘 낮부터 열심히 했는데
기록을 최고 기록을 하고 싶어서 저녁 늦게 까지
일상생활에서 그리고 걷기 운동해서
가장 많은 걸음수를 내보려고 노력 했는데
생각만큼 높지 않네
약 이만에서 삼만보 정도 해보려고 했는데
만오천이니까 절반 정도네
역시 생각만큼 쉽지 않네 ㅎㅎ
암튼 평소 이렇게 운동하는것이 좋아 오늘 마무리 잘해
