My Actifit Report Card: February 14 2019
Today was my day off, I was meant to go to the gym but I wasn’t feeling particularly motivated to do it. I’ll catch up by working harder next week on it.
My diet is still going strong I haven’t snacked and have been eating soup for lunches and smoothies for breakfast. I have been relaxed with my dinners although they have still been healthy.
I will do weekly updates on my stats and see the progression.
