My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I wish you all a banging weekend mine started very early because we had to go to the early morning market. We parked far from the main market because of parking space problems near the market area and the human traffic you have to go through if you made an attempt to park near the market, so I got a lot of counts from walking from one area to the other trying to buy all we hand on our marketing list.

We came back at about some minutes after 10 am and it was cooking all the way. As mentioned we cooked bitter leaf soup and then vegetable soup which had pumpkin leaf and water leaf as the vegetables we used in making it. Maybe someday I’ll do a post about how to cook them someday. After eating lunch I sat on the couch watching a movie Robin Hood with my son but I slept off.

I was awoken when a friend of mine came for a visit. My wife had prepare a dish called African Salad my friend loves it a lot because it is very tasty and been from the Northern part of the country and they don’t have such as a type of food they eat so he loves it when my wife prepares it for him. We are from the Eastern part of the country and it is one of our best dish for entertaining guest. We are all living in the Western part of the country and have friends of diverse culture and tribe.

I went for a walk in the evening to get some more step counts, I was lucky to come across some young guys playing street football so I stopped and watch them for a while before continuing on my walk. That was it guys.

My song today is one the makes you remember things you could do when you were younger that you can’t do now and how you wish you won’t age so fast so you can continue doing a lot of stuff. I saw @crypt-skip balancing on his head the other day on his actifit report and remembered the dance of break dancing and spinning on your head, I could do all those stuff back in the days but not now. That is why whatever you can do to impact peoples’ lives positively, please do them now. You can’t grow old and fray and start wishing you could have done more. You have the opportunity now, ACT FAST, some desperate person may be impacted positively. The song is slow rap/pop mix so it’s easy get what Jay-Z is saying. I hope it make sense to you.
