Actifit Ulog 28May19 || A Traditional Remedy

Early morning at the market I bumped into my bestie. She recently got a scare in regards to her health. She has been championing traditional medicines and suggested I try out something she had just purchased.
Only problem is we haven’t figured out what it’s called in English. But the man went on to regale us of testimonials and its healing properties. Priced at RM20 we thought we’d give it a try.
So we are supposed to let it boil for about 20 minutes and drink the water like we would tea. It is bitter but as our health improves, it is supposed to taste better. This would be the plants knowing our ailments like Essential Oils.
Here's the list of ailments it apparently cures: Enuresis Nocturna, Incontinence, Uremia, Diabetes, Asthma, Enhanced Pancreas, Lowers Cholesterol, Scavenging Free Radicals, Anticancer, Invigorating Qi, Activated Cell, Enhanced Immunity and Control Blood Pressure.
I bet it make you go "Wow!! Did she really fall for that?" hahahaha. Oh well, my issue is cholesterol. Let's see what comes out of that.
The packet should last us a month, using around 10 of these in 1 litre water everyday. Well, I am giving it a go and if you know what it’s called, please let me know so I can find out more.

do you know thats how magnesium works? there are so many people who are deficient in magnesium and it is SO vital!!!
we have magnesium oil (which is just epsom flakes dissolved in water. its slippery - so they call it oil - but its not) and we also have magnesium lotion.
when you are deficient - it itches when you rub it in. (almost like when you put lotion on cracked skin)
finally my husband told me to make more - because he couldn't "feel" it anymore. I happened to be a the doctor and remembered that - mentioned it to her. and she said thats good !!!! when it stops being itchy - it means that you have enough in your body!
she was an amazing doctor (a functional medicine doctor who integrates eastern with western medicine and treats the whole body instead of symptoms)
now we moved - and my hubby began going to a traditional Chinese medicine doctor - and he LOVES her. drinks this weird tea every single day! hahahahaha he absolutely loves talking to her! sees her every few weeks!
