actifit 앱을 설치하시면 됩니다. 앱에서 밤 12시 전에 포스팅하면 그날 하루 운동량(걸음량)이 함께 표시되고, 운동량은 밤 12시가 넘으면 리셋됩니다. 포스팅하면 actifit 계정이 업보팅해주더군요~
체력은 국력 이지요!!!!
