Walking in the rain | Actifit: October 21 2019

Yesterday was an interesting day, drove to work, walked through the hilly roads near my office and felt the cold fall morning rain for the first time this season.

It was a good hard rain, cold and dark but enjoyable for what it was.

I always enjoy dramatic season changes: the first heavy rain of fall, the first burning sensation in summer heat, and so on.

Yesterday was an iconic fall day and I spent a good while walking outside.

Additionally I spent my lunch hour in the gym, focusing on abdominals and the treadmill.

Today I have my annual workout fitness assessment! Im expecting average scores, impaired by my dietary choices and body fat. I'll let y'all hear the results when I know.
