My Actifit Report Card: 1월 5 2019

오늘도 한시간정도 걸었다. 뛰려고했으나.. 그러지 못했다.

주말이라 그런지 늘어져버렸다.

스쿼트 120개로 하루를 마무리 해야겠다.
그럼 못다한 근력운동을 하러 가야겠다.

신기한게.. 글을 쓰고 있으니 의지를 다시 다지게 되는것 같다.
