My Actifit Report Card: 20/01/19

Not a great stepcount for me today, but it is a Sunday so I don't mind too much. Didn't get up to much activity wise, apart from walking to the shops to grab some soya milk. Watched a rugby game in the afternoon and tried to do a little bit more work for my Dissertation but it was largely to no avail. I'll have to start getting my head down pretty solidly next week.

Not sure how my running schedule will look this coming week. All I know is I want to do 4 efforts, a short effort at the fastest pace I can possibly run, a practice half-marathon, Parkrun on Saturday and then I'm unsure on the next one.
