Today was my first day back at the gym since last Thursday and it was really hard to get back into it but well worth it. Today was back day and I did some lat pull downs, mid and high cable rows, dumbbell rows, pullup and straight bar pullback. I did a short ab circuit and then a 15 minute cardio session on the treadmill
