My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2019
Its FINALLY the weekend. I've already worked out 4 days this week so I took it easy today. I did an ab circuit that consisted of hanging leg raises, weighted ab wheel, the sit up machine, and oblique extensions using a 45 lb plate. I then did 25 min of cardio on the treadmill, 4 speed, 12 incline.
